How you know it?? Allright what is Barspin? This is barspin, spinng the bar 360°, how you do it? very easy, with your hand you turn the bar around the headset, than grab the other side with your other hand. to learn it in the best way it’s important try it thousand, milion times, even closing your eyes How? You can do it in this position, with the fron of the bike lift from the ground and the pedals supported by the knees than you try and try several times, untill when you will do it blind, look at this Andrea! So quick! Way too easy as always let’s go with the next trick, what is that!? so next trick is Tailwhip. How you can do it?
Tailwhip is exactly like this you have to spin the frame around the bar and catch the bike again tecnically it’s a really hard trick, but there are some secrets first of all Andrea, you must know what’s you foot in from, ok? Which is your? Left one!

Should I… you did 10° pretty much, just missing the other 170°, you are close like before for the tailwhip, you must know which is your front feet. for me it’s the right one, so I will spin to the left because it’s easier spin to the side opposite to your front feet you can do it to the other side too if you want, but to begin it’s easier on your side You can’t do a 360° just jumping straight off a ramp and than turn, because there is nothing where you can lean in the air so how you can 360° if you have to do it on the ramp? vesy easy, on the ramp you should do a kind of a S curve, like this you go into the ramp in the middle, but pointing to the opposite side of where you do your 360° than after half of the ramp you turn back in the direction of your 360° Like tailwhip and barpin it’s easier learn 360°flyout. Foam pit or airbag could help but they aren’t necessary because you will need a lot of tries to learn it and it’s easier hurt yoursel on the bag or foam, instead of doing them on a dirt jump I show you how to do it! Also today I brought the prayer book So the Backflip guys, finally the backflip first of all you must watch the video with Pol that try to flip clicking up here on the right and than… how to backflip.. Andrea I forget it Dude you go full speed in the ramp and… baam!! Huge snap! Good idea Ahh I forget couple tips… first when you are upside down you must look for the landing with your eyes second things, when you will try backflip for the first time in the foam pit, remember to never throw the bike, because if you are upside down and you throw the bike she goes up and than back down hitting you, which hurt a lot! so Andrea, backflip come on! I don’t have my bike.
