Hey Patreon members Steve Whipple THAT’S ME for WHIPFIT. Johanna and Kate you have questions, I have answers so I’m
gonna answer them so then you can get the information and do what you need to
do with it okay I’ll start with you Kate. You want to know about spin shoes yes
spin shoes are great they will change your cycle experience for the better for
sure but you have to try them on regardless I’ve tried ordering spin
shoes online always not right based on the country they’re from in their size
charts and you want them to fit really well so if you do have your orthotics
bring them with you bring the inserts with you and try on your spin shoes with
them they’re not gonna mind in this day and age for all I know and I don’t know
there might even be spin shoes with orthotics already in them you know maybe
but if not bring yours you want to spin shoe to fit to your foot with them in it
especially if that’s how you’re intending to use them and a good pair of
spin shoes is around 100 bucks you can go more for more bells and whistles
based on what they tell you it will do but a good solid simple straightforward
spin shoe around 100 bucks so let me know if you find a pair and if it works
out for you and let me know how it changes your experience I’m excited for
you because it’s great joana ABS a nice trick you can always do for
any ab workout is before you start it take a nice big inhale fill up your
chest and lungs and then exhale press all that air out and when that air has
exhaled and your stomach is super flat that’s when you start your ab workout
with a nice flat stomach it just makes the routine more effective okay
you’re still gonna breathe you’re not gonna hold your breath you’re gonna hold
your stomach and the abdominal muscles and then you’re gonna build on that with
your routine a nice solid routine that I like to do for myself and for clients is
30 60 90 degrees so you’ll do a round of ABS at 30 degrees a round of abs at 60
degrees and a round of abs at 90 degrees so you lay nice and flat on your mat and
then if this part is your back nice and flat and these are your leg
what you want to do for the 30 is just pulse just a little bit off the floor
ten nine eight seven straight legs six five okay nice flat stomach over
here and pulse so that’s your 30 degrees 60 degrees you go up a little bit higher
so it’s ten nine eight seven okay six so that’s your 60 your ninety degrees is a
ninety degree angle so it goes straight up so ten nine you get the idea so it’s
90 60 30 okay and you know 10 to 15 each a few rounds of that with your nice
tight stomach holding your breath let me know it’s one of my favorite ones
