Now a day’s everyone has a busy lifestyle Nobody has the time to add a new activity to their daily routine except unwanted excuses Now the question is how to modify our daily routine So watch this video till the end & I will tell u how to introduce cycling in your busy lifestyle coming up Hey guys this is ridercharul & welcome to my channel,hope u start thinking towards ur health & environment so if u r new to this channel then consider subscribe guys whenever u go to sleep on your bed so think about yourself for just 2 minutes, what activities do we do until the morning rising and sleeping in the night every person is spending time in someone else’s activity in his life but I will divide those I have observed into 4 categories 1st category: these are people who play in mobile before living the bed early in the morning & before sleeping in the night and give 30 to 45 minutes minimum to their mobile guys, I would like to say if u do cycling at morning and night’s same time You will not only burn your extra calories but also be healthy 2nd category: these are the people who come to park in early morning and evening on their vehicles seriously I don’t know these people are deceiving themselves or our nature doctors also recommend us to walk the early morning so that we can get more oxygen but the people of this category have not left any difficulty in making the air of early morning even poisonous just imaging guys are you digging the pit and falling in that that is, you have been polluting the air of the morning and breathing by walking in it then what remained the difference in the air from morning to night so guys if you have time to come to the park then replace your vehicles with cycle by which you will be healthy, but also our environment will be healthy 3rd category: these are people who often go to watch movies and consumed 1000 to 1500 empty calories through popcorn & cold drinks quite obvious that you will go to the movies within 3 to 6 km radius of your house so instead of using vehicle, you can use the bicycle from which you will take advantage that you will able to burn extra calories which you take during the movie with that you can save fuel and also our environment 4th category: These are the people who do gym and they know that we must warm up before exercise so guys, I would like to say that the time you waste in the warm up inside the gym, you can come to the gym while keeping your ego home in cycling which will warm up too it is a matter of common sense guys, at least we will not only try to save fuel but also keep our environment healthy So seriously guys just think about this step guys, if you come into these categories, then you may have known how we can add cycling to our daily routine so guys these were my observations if you did some extra activities besides them such as hanging out with friends on a motorbike, go to shopping malls, go to school, collage or institute so u guys can easily replace your vehicle with cycle and I m sure u will feel the difference by lot of ways like burning extra calories reducing body fat percentage saving fuel, saving money & saving nature etc so guys these were my thoughts for introducing cycling in your busy lifestyle so if u like this video than share this as many as u can and also don’t forget to subscribe my channel So that’s sit guys this is ridercharul signing off
