Celebrating Farhana: Champion of Every Heart in the Community

When I look at the people in our community, I see women working as housemaids. The men are mostly pulling rickshaws. They leave their elder daughters home To take care of the children. We visit households to ensure expecting mothers are being vaccinated. And that children are being vaccinated properly. In our clinic, we don’t have a delivery center. So we recommend them where to go Where they will be treated well. Things have improved. People used to go for home birth. Now they ask us: “Where should we go for delivery?” Children are now going to school. We run our own pre-schools. But we can’t accommodate all the children. So much they remains fulfill So much has changed. I used to think I’d be a doctor or an engineer. Now I think working in the community Spending time with the people Gives me so much pleasure. Only those who choose this path can feel this happiness.
