At AimHigh, we have for many years made BikeFits. Fitting the bikes, so that the cyclists we work with get the optimal position in terms of ergonomics, power output, injury prevention and aerodynamics. A BikeFit is relatively complex. There are several analyses to be made. You need to be able to understand anatomy and biomechanics. We meet many who can benefit from a proper BikeFit due to back problems, hamstring stiffness or other disabilities that need to be considered. We have developed a super concept in cooperation with United Cycling. United Cycling has the tools to do the main part of the BikeFit and then we (AimHigh) approve the fitting. We receive a video of the fitting from United Cycling, so that we can analyse and approve the fitting. And make adjustments if we find areas which need further attention. We have worked out which angles that are most important in the BikeFit. We have determined the most important analysis in order to do a bike fit which will work for the majority of cyclists. We are focused on the movement of the leg. We are focused on the comfort And we are focused on the balance. This is what we look at when we do a Bike Screening at United Cycling. We want to find the right saddle position concerning both height and set-back, the position in relation to the bottom bracket. To make sure that we get a great power output. We focus on getting your back in a proper position so that you can sit comfortably on the bike for a long time. We find the right setup for the cockpit. The right stem length and size of handlebars to fit the physics of the rider. All data are saved in our system, so we have them ready. When you get a Bike Screening at United Cycling you also get AimHigh’s approval of your position on the bike. And you get a good starting point for a great day in the saddle with optimal ergonomics and power output.
