Bell Sixer helmet – THE RIDE’s first look!

– It’s M from THE RIDE. It’s time to talk about
the new Bell Sixer. (muted rock guitar music) – Hey, thanks for watching, and welcome back to the garage. You know, great trail riding helmets need to be well ventilated,
but most importantly, they need to protect your head. So, the new Bell Sixer,
with its integrated MIPS and 26 vents, is definitely
putting its hand up and saying, “Pick me.” We’ve done an explainer video on MIPS, so check out the link in
the description below. But very quickly, the
Sixer’s implementation of the MIPS rotational impact system is integrated right into the fit. They call it Float Fit Race, but basically, that means improved airflow without the additional plastic shell. The Sixer also has some
other nice features, including a four-position
adjustable visor, which gets out of the way when you want to prop up your goggles when not in use. Plus, there’s a goggle
strap gripper on the back, which is a very handy touch. Now Bell really wants you to know that they care about your vision with their Sweat Guide,
which is specially designed padding that directs moisture away from your brow and eyewear. Now that’s very nice. There’s nine colors to choose from, in small through to large,
and select colors in XL. Of the four colors we’ve got here, I’m gonna stick with this,
the matte white and black. It’s a bit of me. But I think this copper and black is gonna be quite popular. It’s something a little bit
different for the trails. What do you think? So, the new Bell Sixer. It’s safe, there are vents galore, and some very clever features. Bell, we think you’re onto a winner. (rock guitar music)
