A GIFT FOR YOU: 100,000 Thank You’s Trainiacs!!!

(door) – [Petey] Morning, trainiacs. Up early. It is a very special day. (door) Thank you. That’s right, trainiacs! We are just shy of five
years at us being a thing! Five years of work,
and one of my big goals when this started snowballing, was I wanted to be one of the first triathlon channels to get
past 100,000 followers. Thank all of you. Good job, good job. I owe a huge thanks to
100,047 of you for doing this. To say thanks I want to do
a mashup that you can play on the trainer, keep you motivated, that shows how far we’ve
come in the five years since starting this and
shooting the first few videos on an iPad with work
lights beaming onto me, sweating away, having to have cue cards in behind me because I
was too scared to talk to the camera, and where we are today. Because that is the whole point of this, showing you how you can
progress in life and in triathlon with enough time
and doing the right things, that’s what this is all about. Here’s some stuff that hopefully keeps you motivated on the trainer. (hits table) This is a good day. This is a great day! (slurping drink) (upbeat techno music) Thank you for coming. I’m going to tell you a few
things that you can do here at your new favorite website. The first thing you
can do: go to our blog, where we’ve got product
reviews and nutritional tips. (upbeat techno music) Call me a liar. Just call me a liar. I dare you. (soprano with strings music) (upbeat techno music) You said that it acted like it’s going out of fashion to
run barefoot, and then go. Let’s get the steps going. (upbeat techno music) The workout starts
getting really specific, great simulation pack. (upbeat techno music) Immediately after a workout. (upbeat techno music) The time was 5:02. I was hoping for maybe a
4:40, 4:45 and I (mumbles). (upbeat techno music) (laughter and cheering) (upbeat techno music) (cheering) (strong beat guitar music) – [Petey] Time. Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! (strong beat guitar music) – [Yelling Man] Hey, I gotcha! (air horn) (strong beat guitar music) (upbeat techno music) (cheering) (upbeat techno music) (strong beat synthesizer music) (strong beat techno music) (pulsing strings techno music) (upbeat techno music) – [Man] Serious! (upbeat techno music) (pulsing techno music) (techno voice music) (pulsing techno music) – [Petey] I was really hyped. (crowd talking) I think 4:41:46, a PB by five minutes. Effort. (pulsing techno music) (pulsing piano and guitar music) (upbeat techno music) (intense march-like brass music) – [Petey] (mumbles) Terry’s in the house. Where’d he go? (crowd noise) Mornin’ trainiacs. This is like the race
day of all race days. It’s race day challenge rough in 2019. A little scared. (gentle piano music) (intense pulsing techno music) (pulsing guitar music) So, trainiacs. From all of us, thank you so much. When we started doing this literally just as a hobby five years ago, a friend said, “Wow! “You could get a lot of
followers and actually make a living on YouTube.” And I was like, “Yeah, no. “That’s never gonna happen. It’s surreal how many
of you have tuned in, and we owe pretty much
everything that we have in life right now and our lifestyle to all of you. So thank you. For everyone who doesn’t
know, this is Gracie. This is my wife and TK. – [Gracie] And that was Petey. And I just want to say
thank you to all of you for letting this guy in his Speedos into your home and for coming out at races and anywhere that we go to say hello and introduce yourselves. We have friends literally
across the world now, and we’re so grateful. And that’s what triathlon
is supposed to be about. So thank you for coming up to us, for talking to us, for following. Thank you for everything. We can’t wait to meet
more of you going forward. – [Petey] Later, trainiacs. – [Gracie] Bye. – [Petey] Bye. She hates it. She kinda loves it. Next stop, 5,000 athletes
on Team Trainiac. That’s the next big goal. I haven’t told you it’s a big goal. – [Gracie] Oh.
